Latching with confidence
Getting a good latch can make all the difference in your breastfeeding journey. It’s not just about comfort—it’s about making sure your baby gets enough milk and that you can feed without pain. But latching doesn’t always come naturally, and that’s okay.
This course is here to guide you through the process, step by step, so you can feel confident and supported. You’ll learn what a good latch looks like, how to adjust when things don’t feel right, and how to make breastfeeding a more comfortable experience for both you and your baby.
If you’re feeling unsure or struggling with latch issues, this could be the reassurance and knowledge you need. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
A key part of successful breastfeeding is getting a good latch. This short course will help to practice getting a good latch using a step-by-step tutorial, teach you about a variety of different latching positions to suit your needs, and help you to correct a poor latch. You will also learn how to identify hunger and fullness cues. Identifying these cues will help you to establish a good milk supply while feeling confident that you are nourishing your baby.
